I returned a hoodie that was too big, got my money back within a week after they received it. Just make sure it's unworn and got the tags still on, afaik.

Nah, I tried that before. They usually only let you use one discount at a time. So it's either the free shipping or the percentage off.

i think they're a little bit on the smaller side, especially if you like a relaxed fit. I'd go up one size just to be safe if you're between sizes.

Yeah, I've bought a few things and the quality is decent. Not super high-end but definitely not cheap fast fashion stuff. And they do say on their site which sanctuaries they work with, seems legit to me.

My stuff held up pretty well after a few washes. And I looked into the donation thing, seems real. I mean, it's not like a huge percentage of every single item, but they do contribute.

I'd say Ivory Ella is maybe a tiny bit softer, but these are still really comfortable. And I like the designs better here sometimes. Similar vibe though, for sure.

The Elephant Shirt Store stuff feels more like a standard good quality tee/hoodie. Ivory Ella can sometimes be a bit thinner material depending on the item, in my experience.
